Welcome to all our subscribers to the first edition of the Centre of Ignatian Spirituality's newsletter. Through this newsletter we are aiming to provide more up to date information about the activities organised by the Centre and also give you the opportunity to share your views and suggestions.

The Centre was established in 1974 by the late Fr. Salvino Darmanin SJ, provincial, and the first Director was Fr. Alfred Darmanin SJ. 

The aim of the Centre is to be of service to the Church through christian evangelisation and formation of people from all walks of life. This is achieved by promoting Ignatian Spirituality, and, in a more specific way, through the experience of the Spiritual Exercises.

A yearly programme is offered by CIS however, the Centre is also open to other spiritual activities. Anyone interested can contact the Directors Mount St. Joseph Retreat House, Mosta and Manresa Retreat House, Rabat, Gozo.

This newsletter will be issued monthly. We will be very happy if you forward this newsletter to others.
